Small home jobs, one trusted reference.

Repairs, assembly and small home maintenance: tell me what you need and we quickly understand whether I can take care of it.

Before looking for five different people

The problem is not always the job itself. It is finding someone to fix it.

You have a socket that does not work, a stuck shutter, a leaking tap, a loose handle, furniture to assemble or three small things left there for months. Individually they seem small, but every time you need to understand who to call, wait for an answer, explain everything again and hope someone is willing to come for a small job.

I work precisely on this type of request: small home jobs, maintenance and assembly, organised clearly. You explain what is not working, I tell you whether I can handle it and, if aligned, we schedule the job.

For small home jobs you should not have to chase an electrician, plumber, carpenter, assembler and maintenance person.

Valentino, artigiano MIBI

I am Valentino, and with MIBI I also take care of the small practical things that often stay unresolved for months. Here I am not proposing a big construction site: I am saying I can become a single reference for a home, B&B or apartment building when something needs fixing without chasing five different people.

I mainly work by appointment, so I can organise time, materials and route well. If there is urgency and I have room in the schedule, I assess it; but I do not promise 24-hour emergency service and speed has a different cost.

The right boundary

Small repairs yes. Systems and certifications no.

I can help with replacements, fixes and small practical faults. I do not install new electrical or plumbing systems, I do not work on gas or boilers and I do not issue certifications.

If a licensed professional is needed, I tell you first. It is better to clarify it immediately than improvise later.

What I can fix

Non-system electrical

Faulty sockets, lamps, chandeliers and small components to replace.

Non-system plumbing

Taps, siphons, leaking drains, gaskets, toilet seats and bathroom accessories.

Doors, gates and fixtures

Handles, locks, doors to install or adjust, gates, fixtures and small indoor adjustments.

Shutters and blinds

Stuck, broken or faulty elements, depending on the required spare part.

Furniture and moving support

Ikea, DIY-store and similar assembly, furniture disassembly and practical support to reorganize the home.

Small masonry fixes

Filling, fixing, light touch-ups and various handyman maintenance jobs.

First hour included, then we reason on the actual time.

For small jobs I work with a base call-out that includes the first hour. In nearby areas it indicatively starts from 60 euros. If the work requires more time, following hours are calculated separately.

That is why, if you have several things to fix, it often makes sense to group them in the same visit: a handle, a shutter, furniture, a small leak. The day is organised better and you use the visit better.

Want to understand the range?

Use the calculator and tell me what needs fixing.

The estimate starts from area, first hour, indicative time, urgency and excluded spare parts.

Calculate now

Labour and spare parts are not the same thing.

Screws, plugs and small hardware are normally managed by me with common sense when they fit the job. Actual products to replace, such as taps, locks, handles, door/window hardware or specific spare parts, remain separate.

You may already have them, or I can help you buy them and report the expense separately. The important thing is not to confuse the base call-out with the cost of the new product.

For holiday homes, B&Bs and small apartment buildings.

When you manage a property, even a small thing can become urgent: a broken handle before a guest arrives, a stuck shutter, a leaking tap, furniture to fix.

Having a trusted person to call saves you from chasing different people for different problems every time. I can help by appointment, with clear boundaries: small jobs yes, systems and certifications no.

Sulmona, Valle Peligna and nearby areas.

I work in Sulmona, Valle Peligna and nearby towns. In the calculator you can select the town directly: this helps me give you a more realistic range from the start, without going back and forth just to understand where the request comes from.

Sulmona Anversa degli Abruzzi Bugnara Campo di Giove Cansano Cocullo Corfinio Introdacqua Pacentro Pettorano sul Gizio Popoli Terme Pratola Peligna Prezza Raiano Rocca Pia Roccacasale Scanno Villalago Vittorito Abbateggio Bussi sul Tirino Castiglione a Casauria Tocco da Casauria Torre de' Passeri Turrivalignani Pescocostanzo Rivisondoli Roccaraso

The selected area helps the calculator estimate the job better together with the other details: type of work, declared times, timing and materials. It is not a final quote, but it gives you a more useful order of magnitude than a generic answer.

So when you message me on WhatsApp I already have a clearer picture and can answer better: where you are, what is needed, how urgent it is and what kind of job you have in mind.

"Thank you Valentino for your professionalism, availability, patience and also kindness. I am waiting for you for the next job."

FAQ

First we clarify, then we work better.

Useful answers to understand what can be handled as small jobs and what must be assigned to licensed professionals.

No. It is an indicative range based on area, basic job, declared times and requested timing. The real amount depends on on-site conditions, actual time and spare parts.

In nearby areas it indicatively starts from 60 euros and includes the first hour of work. Additional hours are calculated separately.

I do small non-system jobs: sockets, lamps, taps, siphons, seals and small replacements. I do not build systems, I do not work on gas/boilers and I do not issue certifications.

If needed I can help you buy the spare part and we account for it separately. The estimate concerns labor; products such as taps, locks, hardware for doors/windows or specific spare parts are not included.

Yes, it often makes sense. If you have a list of small things, including them in the same visit helps make better use of the first hour and organize the work better.

Only if I have room in the schedule and the area allows it. It is not a 24/7 service; urgent or priority jobs are assessed case by case.

Yes. For property managers I can be a single reference for different small issues: handles, locks, doors, windows, shutters, taps, furniture and small maintenance jobs.

The minimum job is €60–90, first hour included. Two hours run to €75–110, three hours €100–145, four hours €130–180.

What we do not do

MIBI is not a systems installer. We do not build new installations and we do not carry out changes to electrical or plumbing systems that require the certificate of conformity under Italian decree DM 37/2008. We do not touch boilers, gas systems or flues. We handle replacements and routine maintenance on what is already in place: if a certified installer is needed, we tell you straight away rather than waste your time.

Our other services

If you need anything else, we do that too.
